Bernt O. Bodal, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Director of ASC Management, Inc.

Mr. Bodal has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of American Seafoods since 2000. Since January 2000, he has been the President of ASC Management, Inc., the general partner of ASLP and a director of ASC Management, Inc. From 1994 to 1998, Mr. Bodal served as President and Chief Executive Officer of American Seafoods Company and RGI Seafoods, a subsidiary of Norway Seafoods. Between 1998 and 2000, Mr. Bodal pursued personal investment activities.

Morgen Crow, Director of ASC Management, Inc.

Mr. Crow has served as a director of ASC Management, Inc. since 2000. Mr. Crow has been the Executive Director of Coastal Villages Region Fund since 1999. Mr. Crow is a member of the board of directors of the Marine Conservation Alliance and the Pollock Conservation Cooperative.

Jeffrey Davis, Director of ASC Management, Inc.

Mr. Davis has served as a director of ASC Management, Inc. since February 2005. Mr. Davis was the Chief Operating Officer of American Seafoods and the Chief Executive Officer of American Seafoods International LLC from January 2000 to December 2004. Mr. Davis was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Baader North America Corporation, a wholly-owned U.S. subsidiary of Baader Beteiligungs GmbH, a manufacturer of fish and poultry processing machines, from 1980 to December 1999.

Elliott H. Jurgensen, Jr., Director of ASC Management, Inc.

Mr. Jurgensen was an audit partner at KPMG LLP from 1979 to 2003. Mr. Jurgensen pursued personal business ventures after his retirement from KPMG in 2003. Mr. Jurgensen has been a director of BSQUARE Corporation since 2003 where he serves on the audit committee as the audit committee financial expert and the chair of the compensation committee. In addition, Mr. Jurgensen has been a director of McCormick & Schmick's Seafood Restaurants, Inc. since 2004 where he serves as the chair of the audit committee and as its audit committee financial expert.

William Bittner, Director of ASC Management, Inc.

Mr. Bittner practices law in Alaska at Birch, Horton, Bittner and Cherot, where he has been a senior attorney since 1973. Mr. Bittner has been a shareholder in Birch, Horton, Bittner since 1973 and has served on its board of directors since 1976.

Scott Perekslis, Director of ASC Management, Inc.

Mr. Perekslis has been a director of ASC Management, Inc. since 2000. Mr. Perekslis has been a Managing Director of Centre Partners Management LLC since 2001. He has served in various capacities for Centre Partners and its affiliates since 1991. Mr. Perekslis is the Chairman of Hyco International, Inc. and is a member of the board of directors of Maverick Media LLC, Firearms Training Systems, Inc. and the Board of Trustees of Connors Brothers Income Fund.

John Binkley, Director of ASC Management, Inc.

Mr. Binkley has been a director of ASC Management, Inc. since 2008. Mr. Binkley is President of the Alaska Cruise Association and has previously served as Chairman and CEO of Riverboat Discovery, President of El Dorado Gold Mine and was the owner of Northwest Navigation Tug and Barge Company. In addition, Mr. Binkley has served on the board of the Alaska Railroad Corporation since 1997 and is the Chair of its Audit Committee. Mr. Binkley also serves as a board member of Enstar Natural Gas Corporation and as a member of the advisory Board of Alaska Airlines. Mr. Binkley has extensive public service experience, serving on the following public and civic bodies: U.S. Delegation on High Seas Salmon Negotiations with Japanese, U.S. State Department U.S./U.S.S.R. Fisheries Negotiations Ad Hoc Advisory Committee, Alaska Governor�s High Seas Salmon Task Force, Bering Sea Commercial Fisheries Development Foundation, Alaska/Siberia Research Center Board, Alaska Municipal League, American Heart Association (chair), Alaska Visitor�s Association (President), United Way Prospector Club (Chair) and The U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services Office of Substance Abuse Prevention Advisory Board. Mr. Binkley has also served in the Alaska State House of Representatives, the Alaska State Senate and on the Bethel, Alaska City Council.
