The American Seafoods is a family of companies engaged in the harvesting, processing, sales and distribution of a variety of seafood products. Our principal operating entities are:

American Seafoods Group is the corporate parent of our operating companies and is located in Seattle, Washington.

American Seafoods Company conducts our pollock harvesting and processing operations in the U.S. Bering Sea and is headquartered in Seattle, Washington.

Pacific Longline Company is responsible for our longline Pacific cod harvesting and processing operations and is headquartered in Seattle, Washington.

American Seafoods International conducts our land-based processing operations in New Bedford, Massachusetts.

Southern Pride Catfish Company conducts our land-based processing activities in Alabama.
