Executive Officers

Bernt O. Bodal, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Director of ASG Consolidated LLC.

Mr. Bodal has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of American Seafoods Group since 2000 and Chief Executive Officer of ASG Consolidated Since 2004. In addition, since January 2000, he has also served as President of ASC Management, Inc., the general partner of ASLP and as a director of ASC Management, Inc. In May 2010 Mr. Bodal was appointed Chairman and director of ASG Consolidated LLC where he serves on its Finance Committee and as an ex officio member of its Compensation Committee. From 1994 to 1998, Mr. Bodal served as President and Chief Executive Officer of American Seafoods Company and RGI Seafoods, a subsidiary of Norway Seafoods. Between 1998 and 2000, Mr. Bodal pursued personal investment activities.

Brad Bodenman, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer.

Mr. Bodenman has been the Chief Financial Officer of American Seafoods since May 2002 and Treasurer since March 2002. From April 2000 to December 2001, Mr. Bodenman was the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Essential Markets, Inc., a developer of proprietary software, and from 1997 to 2000, Mr. Bodenman was the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Muzak, LLC., a business music provider.

Matthew D. Latimer, Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel.

Mr. Latimer has been the Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel of American Seafoods since August 2004. Prior to that time, Mr. Latimer served as Of Counsel with the law firm of Davis Wright Tremaine LLP in Seattle, Washington. Mr. Latimer received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Washington in 1995.

Scott McNair, Executive Vice President of Finance and Business Development.

Mr. McNair has been the Executive Vice President of Finance and Business Development of American Seafoods since 2009. Previously, Mr. McNair held the title of Vice President of Finance for American Seafoods Group from 2006 to 2009. From 2004 to 2006, Mr. McNair was an Audit Partner at Grant Thornton LLP, and from 2003 to 2004, Mr. McNair was the Financial Reporting Director at American Seafoods Group. Previously, Mr. McNair was a Senior Audit Manager at Ernst & Young.

Inge Andreassen, President, American Seafoods Company LLC.

Mr. Andreassen has been the President of American Seafoods Company LLC since 2005. From 2000 to 2005, Mr. Andreassen was Vice President of Operations of American Seafoods Company LLC and from 1996 to 2000, Mr. Andreassen was Vice President of Operations at American Seafoods Company, predecessor company to American Seafoods Company LLC.

John Cummings, President, American Pride Seafoods LLC.

Mr. Cummings has been the President of American Pride Seafoods LLC (APS) since its formation in 2006 and also has served as President of APS's wholly-owned subsidiary, American Seafoods International LLC since 2002. From 2000 to 2002, Mr. Cummings was President of Gofish.com, a privately held service firm with online seafood trading, and from 1993 to 2000, Mr. Cummings was President of Fishery Products International, Inc., a subsidiary of FPI Ltd., a supplier of fresh and frozen seafood products.
