Eric Lent Joins American Seafoods as the Executive Vice President & General Counsel

American Seafoods is proud to welcome Eric Lent as the Executive Vice President & General Counsel. Eric has over 15 years of experience providing legal and business advice to help clients achieve their goals. Prior to joining American Seafoods, Eric spent nearly 12 years at Ste. Michelle Wine Estates where he had increasing roles and responsibilities that ultimately included all the company’s legal, regulatory, government and external affairs, as well as its corporate compliance and security functions.

Before entering the food and beverage industry Eric was a litigator with Perkins Coie in Seattle and Arent Fox in New York City.  He has served on the boards of the Auction of Washington Wines and the Association of Corporate Counsel’s Washington State Chapter. Eric earned his law degree magna cum laude from Georgetown University and bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia. He is a member of the New York, New Jersey, and Washington State bars.
