Wild about Pollock, GAPP Is On A New Mission

What’s on your plate today? Mikel Durham, chief operating officer of American Seafoods and chair of the Association of Genuine Alaska Pollock Producers (GAPP), is suggesting Wild Alaska Pollock.

“GAPP wants to ensure the world’s chefs and consumers understand how sustainable, delicious, and versatile this remarkable resource is,” said Durham. “There’s nothing else is like Wild Alaska Pollock, it is Alaska’s most abundant fish.” 

Fueling the campaign is a commitment of $10 million in new marketing initiatives. Funds will be available to GAPP partners seeking to expand the reach and application of Genuine Alaska Pollock.
