Jeff Fromm: Tell me about the actual fish and the fishing process.

Craig Morris: Wild Alaska Pollock comes from, aptly named, the waters off the coast of Alaska, namely the Bering Sea and the Gulf of Alaska. Wild Alaska Pollock is the largest, certified sustainable fishery in the world and, yet, most consumers currently aren’t even aware of the name of the fish. That's why I say it's a fish you had your entire life but didn’t know it.
